This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Digital Delivery Manager, where you will play a key role in driving sustained and profitable revenue growth through the planning, developing, and delivering acquisition and customer engagement marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Support marketing objectives to set and refine annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing's Customer Journey management groups to plan and execute customer-driven action plans and marketing programs.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment, market conditions, competitive activity, and short-term demand opportunities on an ongoing basis to increase agility of planning processes and flexibility of budget deployment.
  • Collaborate with Global Wealth Management and Enterprise Marketing groups to plan and execute Bank-wide level action plans and marketing programs.
  • Analyze and leverage insights drawn from market research and data analysis to establish the strategic direction of benefit-led campaign briefs.
  • Apply a deep understanding of Bank-wide and business partner needs, ensuring full buy-in (agreement) and participation of multiple business, channel, and marketing partners in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing's Journey Management groups to establish efficient workflows that ensure clarity of roles and accountability for team members across both practices.
  • Support development and deployment of creative assets, agnostic of media channels and across all touchpoints.
  • Champion proper usage of the bank brand in Canada, in full compliance with global brand guidelines and Scotiabank's visual identity continuum.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to the bank's values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect. Delivers results in accordance with the bank's behavioral competencies.
  • Create an inclusive team culture and an environment where team members hear, share, and appreciate diverse perspectives.
  • Directs day-to-day activities consistent with the Bank's risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with Agile methodology.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving performance growth across multiple business lines and KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing tech stack (group of technologies that marketers leverage to conduct and improve their marketing activities such as email marketing, owned digital channels, and/or paid media management).
  • 3+ Years of experience planning and executing targeted (direct) marketing campaigns including strategy development, segmentation, stakeholder management, and performance analysis.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Suite products.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field.
