Physiotherapist - Chilliwack General Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Chilliwack General Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Evaluate and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient-centered model of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
