- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate referrals as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient-centered model of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
