Physiotherapist - Chilliwack General Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Chilliwack General Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and monitoring physiotherapy treatment to patients/residents. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients/residents with a variety of conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Conduct patient education and provide support to patients/residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Graduate of an approved school of Physiotherapy from an accredited university
- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)
- Basic knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to designated clinical area
- Demonstrated ability to assess and treat diversity of conditions commonly seen in the relevant area of practice
