Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Plan and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas of the resort.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the resort meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that all staff have access to necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and laundry, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, including guest satisfaction and staff productivity.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and adapt to changing situations.
