Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Plan and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate contract services, including laundry and dry cleaning, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations and departmental policies.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
