Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.
- Plan and Coordinate Activities: Develop and implement schedules and plans to ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Monitor Quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the resort meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to maintain our high standards.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with our safety policies and procedures, as well as local health and sanitation regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
