We are hiring a full-time permanent Lead Project Coordinator to work in Edmonton. This role supports the City of Edmonton Transmission Reinforcement Project by managing administrative tasks and coordinating project activities.

About the Job

As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading administrative tasks that support the project team. This includes preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. You will also manage clerical and administrative duties for the project team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills. They will be accountable for preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as managing clerical and administrative duties for the project team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of [Estimated salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year] salary depending on experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.
