About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Custom Software Project Lead to join our team at TEEMA in Edmonton. In this hybrid role, you will split your time between working on-site (3 days) and remotely (2 days).

As a seasoned professional, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing custom application development projects with teams of at least 5 members.

You will also need to have a proven track record of successfully implementing IT solutions in complex environments with resources from multiple teams or organizations.

Furthermore, we require a minimum of 8 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently, as well as experience working as a Project Manager on large, complex custom software application development projects.

In addition to these requirements, you will need to have a strong background in making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents.

You must also be able to exercise resourcefulness and ingenuity in your work. Furthermore, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in or for the public sector.

We value experience working with mandated and legislated projects within short timelines, as well as expertise in leading project governance, change management, and communication activities.

Your ability to work with technical teams on complex IMT projects is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
