Health and Wellness Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Health and Wellness Ambassador to join our team at Nature's Fare Markets. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company that prioritizes customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and environmental responsibility.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting healthy choices by educating customers on the benefits of vitamins, supplements, and natural health and beauty products. They will make recommendations based on specific customer needs, assist customers in discovering a holistic view to health, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers warmly and providing support in our wellness department.
- Assist customers with their specific needs by asking questions and offering suggestions to meet their goals.
- Participate in regular product knowledge trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Develop attractive and organized displays to showcase our products and promote sales.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- A strong foundation in vitamins, supplements, and natural health and beauty products (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- A passion for promoting healthy living and a commitment to supporting customers on their wellness journey.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the success of the company.
- A competitive salary range of $38,500 - $44,600 per annum ($19.50-22.50/hr), depending on experience.
