As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, service coordination, and urgent response to clients with complex needs. Your expertise in working with individuals with addictions and knowledge of specific treatment approaches will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced practice level assessment, treatment, and service coordination for individuals with substance use issues

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Provide urgent response to clients with complex needs, frequently with co-occurring disorders

• Utilize a variety of specialized treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy, to support clients in achieving their goals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
