Job Opportunity at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Ski and Snowboard Instructors to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and upsell opportunities.
  • Enforce safety protocols on lifts and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Deliver high-quality instruction and coaching to guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Complete lesson reports and administrative tasks as required.
  • Stay knowledgeable about and adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code.
  • Contribute to the creation of school group itinerary plans and organization.
  • Perform general on-hill tasks and maintenance as needed.
  • Represent the resort as ambassadors and hosts at various functions.
Requirements:
  • CSIA or CASI certification (Level 3 & 4).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with staff and guests.
