We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Base Operations Attendant at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our resort team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity to enhance their resort experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of public washrooms, base area, restaurants, dispatch, daycare, offices, administration, and maintenance shop
  • Ensure proper use of WHIMIS practices and maintain snow removal of the entire base area
  • Control incoming and outgoing traffic at key intersections and in parking lots
  • Assist Events Team and other departments as required
  • Know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Physically capable of manual labor and lifting heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
