Warehouse Operations Manager

TIARA DOORS AND MOULDING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the warehouse is well-maintained and equipment is functioning properly.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support the growth and development of the warehouse.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the warehouse is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure.

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and noise. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Warehouse Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
