Warehouse Operations Manager

TIARA DOORS AND MOULDING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
