Warehouse Operations Manager

Maharajah Grocerzs INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Supervision: Lead and train a team of 1-2 warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Plan and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of our products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
