TIARA DOORS AND MOULDING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff to support warehouse operations
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • English language proficiency
