We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Manager to join our team at Dozo House. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Create new and innovative recipes that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our guests' tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
