Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to maintain a high level of culinary excellence.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a consistent level of quality in our dishes.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to prepare and serve food to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
