Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified permanent, part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Village Nursing Care team in Cranbrook, BC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and medical procedures as per provincial regulations.
  • Collaborate with RN peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in decision-making related to resident care and health.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Capable of work that involves extended periods of walking and standing.
  • Able to carry out significant lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching with proper techniques and equipment.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector.
  • Negative TB screen test and complete immunization record.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $32.84-$41.87 per hour, which falls under provincial wage-levelling.
