Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Customer Account Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers, internal departments, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Understand customers' economic models and develop timely deal strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate and current client information using Finning's Sales Support software.
  • Provide optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts, and service needs.
  • Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • 3-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry.
  • 3-5+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of $110,000-$135,000, which includes base pay plus targeted commission. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
