Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Biznes Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced office environment
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 32 hours per week
