Automated Logic, a part of Carrier, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga. This dynamic professional will be responsible for positioning the company as the preferred supplier of building automation products.

As an Outside Sales professional, you will support various sales activities and customer relationship management, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by developing strong relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users.
  • Strive to become a trusted advisor within assigned accounts, influencing specifications and market pricing to maximize account profit generation.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress, increasing business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Keep management informed of sales progress and account statuses, ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.
  • Present at trade shows and participate in industry professional organizations, reinforcing Automated Logic's reputation as a leader in energy solutions.
  • Adhere to company safety and ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and high-quality business practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, with 2+ years of experience in HVAC Controls/Building Automation Systems.
  • Proven sales skills, with a strong understanding of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) control theory and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Automated Logic's product line and knowledge of leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) principles are highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, combined with analytical and critical thinking abilities, are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
