About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Global University Systems. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other departments on a range of matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth and development of our business.
  • Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters, including contracts, correspondence, and court documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a lawyer in a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
