Job Title: Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical and electronic control systems for our water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
  • Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems
  • Work with hydraulic systems and instruments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and hydraulic instruments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
