About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment, as well as troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
  • Programmable logic controller (PLC) programming and maintenance
  • Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system maintenance
  • Instrument experience in hydraulic systems
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in instrumentation engineering
  • Strong knowledge of electrical control systems and instrumentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
