Job Title: Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team at Accumetal Manufacturing Inc.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Painter will be responsible for applying coatings to metal products using various techniques and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to understand coating requirements
  • Apply coatings to metal products using hand-held spray guns, electrostatic methods, or other equipment
  • Select and mix paints or coatings according to specifications
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy, and odorous environment
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The Industrial Painter will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and odors. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
