Job Summary

Your role will involve consolidating client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching websites that meet clients' overall online objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, schedule, and control Dealer Website launch and refresh activities, applying creative and strategic thinking, technical and project management skills to satisfy project requirements.
- Develop and document project parameters, including scope, schedule, budgets, and specifications, creating and updating project plans and budget spends.
- Execute, manage, and quality-control multiple complex projects from initial sales processes to site launch, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting timeline milestones.
- Lead and inspire teams, communicate project vision, and conduct regular kick-off and status meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the main client interface on Website launch projects, clarifying strategic and technical requirements, and managing client expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of hands-on project management/project producing experience in the digital space.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a client services/account management role, working with and delivering websites to external clients.
- Experience creating and executing website projects involving cross-functional teams and managing websites using CMS software like WordPress, JIRA, Salesforce, and MS Office Suites.
- Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on websites. Experience coding with CSS and HTML is helpful but not required.

Soft Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and accuracy.
