Key Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, schedule, and control website launch activities, applying creative thinking, technical skills, and project management expertise to satisfy project requirements.
  • Develop and document project parameters, including scope, schedule, budgets, and specifications, and monitor project plans and budget spends.
  • Execute, manage, and quality-control multiple complex projects from sales process to site launch, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting timeline milestones, and reporting on progress.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of hands-on project management experience in the digital space, as well as 1-2 years' experience in client services/account management and managing websites using CMS software like WordPress, JIRA, Salesforce, and MS Office Suites. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential for success in this role.
