Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes an estimated salary of $157,600 CAD (Toronto) or $198,800 USD (New York), reflecting our commitment to competitive pay and rewarding hard work. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you'll enjoy perks like catered lunch, healthy snacks, and flexible working hours.

Job Description
We're seeking a Strategic Talent Manager to partner closely with senior business leaders, driving human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing strategic relationships with senior leaders to provide coaching and influence matters relating to People and Learning & Development.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify insights and recommending solutions to drive organizational strategy and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes.
  • Providing expertise on performance management and working with people leaders to manage performance management processes.
