Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager - Retail and Wholesale to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business strategy into HR approaches that support Sales and Retail teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze workforce data and provide recommendations that align with Lindt's Winning Culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company Culture:

Work collaboratively across business units to develop integrated and innovative HR programs and policies.
Manage the execution of HR programs including compensation, retirement, and other benefit programs.
Be the point of contact for employees and representatives regarding general HR related inquiries.
Manage relationships with third-party recruitment partners, ensuring the best working experience for our hourly retail and merchandising teams.

• Talent Acquisition & Management:

Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure effective and timely acquisition, performance management, and succession planning activities.
Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute activities to support people needs within respective divisions.
Ensure ongoing deployment of talent management activities.
Manage and support the development and deployment of career paths.

• HR Operations:

Analyze and evaluate people metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and address system areas of concern.
Support leaders to ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of Human Resources or equivalent business experience.
Extensive knowledge of Human Resources legislation and industry standards and best practices.
Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, including professional designation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
Able to use tact and discretion when managing sensitive situations.
Able to influence change amongst different stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize work effectively based on strategic needs of the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French is an asset.
Strong customer service orientation and proven problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a retail or CPG environment is a strong asset.
