About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at SLOSAAN SOLUTIONS INC. as a Technical Support Analyst. As an IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions and a deep understanding of technical systems.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that clients and internal teams understand the solutions and recommendations provided.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on the use of technical systems and software applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm.

  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
