Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our applications in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Identify and resolve application issues
  • Develop and maintain application documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure application stability
  • Develop and implement application enhancements
  • Test and deploy applications
  • Provide technical guidance and training to other team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
