We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues with computer systems, software, and applications.
- Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of software applications and systems.
- Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
- Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
