Key Responsibilities:- Patrol assigned areas to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.
- Investigate and report irregularities, including security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide specialized security services as required.
- Offer support to individuals in need, including providing customer service and responding to emergency situations.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a concierge security role.
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- COVID Double Vaccination.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Extensive paid industry training.
