Job Title: Security Guard Full Time Cortellucci Hospital

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Cortellucci Hospital. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure personal, building, and equipment security
  • Watch for and report irregularities, including security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations
  • Utilize two-way radio and computer applications for communicating site activities
  • Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide specialized security services
  • Offer support to individuals in need, including providing good customer service and responding to emergency situations
Requirements:
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
  • English (oral and written) fluency
  • Previous experience in security, by-law, parking enforcement (considered an asset)
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
