- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Communicate directly with clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- CPA designation
- Multiple years of accounting experience, preferably in public practice accounting
- A solid foundation of accounting and assurance education, with experience executing Audit, Notice to Reader, and Review engagements
- Experience preparing tax returns, including corporate, personal, trust, T4s, and T5s
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop others to build high-performing teams
- Experience supervising staff on multiple engagements
- Proficiency in Caseware, Profile, Sage 300 (ACCPAC), Sage 50 (Simply Accounting), and QuickBooks
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel
- Project management skills
- Business development skills are an asset
