Job Title: IT Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as a escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for junior technicians on hardware and software usage.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement technical solutions, including network and server configurations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management to ensure seamless technical support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in server, desktop, and networking environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and networked workstation and server configurations.
  • Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting abilities, as well as strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Networking, Data Center, CITRIX, HYPER-V, SAN, SQL, and Office365.
