Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a talented Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communication team, you will be responsible for bringing our messages to life through motion graphics, animation, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality motion graphics that meet the needs of the company
  • Distill and deconstruct creative briefs into visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Develop exceptional designs and animations for various formats and platforms
  • Conceptualize and present ideas to senior leadership, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, animation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a motion graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of design projects
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premier, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest and a good understanding of financial products and technology
