We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will create engaging, visually captivating animations and videos that communicate concepts in an accessible and compelling way. Your work will help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, enhancing client experiences and supporting key marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and client communication.
  • Create animated assets for various platforms, including websites, apps, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to craft visual stories that align with brand messaging and tone.
  • Elevate the visual identity of the company by incorporating motion design into digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role, with a focus on creating animated content for digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for a variety of digital channels including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to storyboard, animate, and produce motion graphics that enhance the brand experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and articulate creative decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
