We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing our marketing and communication messages to life through the creation of engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of writers, editors, videographers, product leads, and marketing professionals to develop innovative visual solutions that meet the needs of our company. As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to conceptualize and present ideas to senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and push the boundaries of creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring projects to life
  • Develop exceptional designs and animations for various formats and platforms
  • Conceptualize and present ideas to senior leadership
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Continuously push the boundaries of creativity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, animation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a motion graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of design projects
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premier, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
