Join Our Team as a Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our marketing and communication team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop innovative visual concepts that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Design and animate engaging motion graphics for various formats and platforms, incorporating storyboarding, animation, and graphic design techniques.
  • Conceptualize and present ideas to senior leadership, gathering feedback and incorporating revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, animation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a motion graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • 3D modeling software experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest and a good understanding of financial products and technology.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of marketing and brand building.
  • Established presentation skills.
