Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our team at Dragon's Fire Golf Club. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
