Executive Director of Senior Living

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director to lead our team at Weston Terrace Community. As the most senior leader in our home, you will be responsible for driving and sustaining a culture that inspires our core values – positivity, accountability, community, and caring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a high-performing management team and implement a person-centered care philosophy for resident care and clinical services.
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and monitor the effectiveness of overall operational activities of the home.
- Ensure maximum overall occupancy and revenue growth by attaining at least 60% occupancy in preferred accommodations.
- Actively utilize and leverage established standards and resources to cultivate an optimal work environment.
- Forge relationships with external stakeholders and maintain clear and consistent communication with families and team members.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services.
- Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario or completed a long-term care home administration program.
