OC Education Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
