Job Description

The Program Facilitator is directly responsible to the Manager, Resident Experience. S/he is responsible for assessment planning, implementing, conducting and evaluating programs for assigned residents in The Simkin Centre on both an individual and group basis. S/he performs all duties in accordance with established health and safety regulations/guidelines, policies and procedures.
