Restaurant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in the restaurant industry. As a Restaurant Operations Manager at McDonald's Restaurants, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
