Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our McDonald's Restaurants team. As a key member of the restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Ensure effective management of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and develop a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
