Job Title: Executive Chef - Kitchen Team Lead

Estimated Salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Nome Izakaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for Japanese cuisine. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
