Key Responsibilities- Manage a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Design and place coverage for clients, analyzing their risk profiles and recommending the most suitable insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise to advise clients effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in Private Client Account Management, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Level 2 BC license in good standing.
- Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e. CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
